I would like everyone to know about the
wonderful experience I have had working with
Jason Stevens with Watson Title Company. I have
been able to help my customers immensely due to
Jason’s knowledge and skills with “short sales”.
Not only did I have the benefit of Jason’s
skill and knowledge, more importantly, Jason
gave freely of his time to help me and, mainly,
help my customers. Jason went above and beyond
the call of duty, thereby salvaging my
reputation and helping my customers immensely.
Every time I have called Jason, he was cheerful
and more than willing to do whatever it took to
help my customers and me. He arranged a 1 hour
conference call explaining the ins and outs of a
short sale with my customer. I know that he
took time from his lunch and from his other work
to help me. For that, I will always be
grateful. What my customers and I have learned
from Jason is invaluable!
I always stress how happy I am to be with Watson
Realty for 18 years and how lucky I am to be
associated with such a fantastic company, and
people like Jason Stevens helps me to remember
why I am here!

I can't say enough
about how much we appreciate Alisha, Serena,
Felicia, Charlotte and team. I experienced one of
the most difficult transactions of my career (in
which I happened to be a buyer and seller) recently,
and Watson Title is the thread that held it all
together. They redefined the level of service one
would expect from a Title company every day, as
schedules changed repeatedly, and a difficult lender
threw us one curve ball after another.
The team stayed the
course throughout providing exceptional service,
response time, flexibility, professionalism and
ultimately ended up closing our transaction in to
the wee hours of the night so that we could move the
next day (we lost several days of vacation / move
time due to the lender delays of our buyers) and
Watson Title made sure we could take full advantage
of the following day to move, which we did. It's
rare to find such selflessness, dedication,
professionalism, and partnership as we found in the
team at Watson Title, and for that, we are customers
for life!

Title Services handle the closings for my
customers! Title companies and attorneys offices
are often not responsive to an agent, but this is
not the case with Watson Title. I have peace of

Good afternoon,
After six months of
on again off again closings and addendum after
addendum, 507 3rd Street has finally closed.
Through all this, and never failing to be
supportive, were Charlotte Kelly and Serena Baker of
Watson Title Services. I can't tell you how patient
and considerate they were in handling this very
convoluted transaction. Time does not permit me to
explain how many false closings we had, but let me
say in 15 years of selling real estate in Florida, I
have never had a more complex sale. I am "sold" on
Watson Title because they solve problems. We are
very fortunate to have the talent of Charlotte and
